Did someone say it’s still pumpkin season?

I took one of my favorite cookie recipes and turned it into a pumpkin cookie and honestly I think it’s better than the original!

The cookie butter just goes so well with the pumpkin and all the spices🎃🍁🤪

If you’re looking at adding pumpkin to your favorite recipes all you need to do is replace 1 egg with 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée and add a tsp of pumpkin pie spice(for example your recipe calls for 3 eggs so you’d replace that with 3/4 cup pumpkin purée and 3tsp pumpkin pie spice).
